Luke Preston is head of Development Engineering across all of our sites and is responsible for:

  • Design for manufacturing
  • Project delivery

Finance & Systems


The Chief Financial Officer function is responsible for:

    • Financial reporting & control

People and Culture


People and Culture is led by Sarah Hart. This team is the driver for excellence, providing advice and support to all lines of business and departments of the Quickstep Group concerning people, culture, and learning.  People & Culture are responsible for:

Steve Osborne the Vice President for Quickstep USA, Inc. building the Group’s capabilities in the US market to provide  customers across all lines of business with a manufacturing and sustainment solution in the North American region.
