Our CEO and Managing Director, Mark Burgess is responsible for the strategic direction and overall management of Quickstep’s operations and services. This department is also responsible for all communications across the Quickstep Group.
Luke Preston is head of Technology and Partnerships across all of our sites and is responsible for:

People and Culture is led by Sarah Hart. This team is the driver for excellence, providing advice and support to all lines of business and departments of the Quickstep Group in relation to people, culture, and learning. People & Culture are responsible for:
Steve Osborne is the Business Leader for Quickstep Applied Composites, a Drone manufacturing facility located in Geelong, Victoria. Applied Composites specialises in assisting drone start-ups in navigating the manufacturing journey from prototype to high-rate production. Meeting our customer’s quality and price requirements is always the focus of the Applied Composites team.
Steve is also the Vice President for Quickstep USA, Inc. building the Group’s capabilities in the US market to provide customers across all lines of business with a manufacturing and sustainment solution in the North American region.
Tim Gent is the Executive General Manager of Quickstep Aftermarket Services (QAS). QAS is located at Tullamarine Airport in Melbourne and provides integrated engineering and maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) to service the defence and commercial aerospace markets in Australia and internationally.
