Office of CEO


Our CEO and Managing Director, Mark Burgess is responsible for the strategic direction and overall management of Quickstep’s operations and services. This department is also responsible for all communications across Quickstep Holdings Ltd.

Engineering & Technology


David Doral is our Executive General Manager of Engineering & Technology  across our Bankstown and Geelong sites and is responsible for:

  • Technology & Engineering R&D
  • Process Engineering
  • Production Engineering
  • Project Management

Finance, Corporate & IT


Led by Stephen Gaffney, Chief Financial Officer, these departments are responsible for:

Operations


Gary Robinson, our Executive General Manager of Operations for Bankstown and Geelong is responsible for:

Human Resources


Our Human Resources team is led by Sarah Hart. This team is the driver for excellence providing advice and support to all divisions and departments for the Quickstep Group in relation to all people, culture, learning, and safety.  Human Resources are responsible for:

Quickstep Applied Composites & Global Business Development


Steve Osborne holds a dual role as Business Development for the Group as well as General Manager for our new vertical, Quickstep Applied Composites.  A dedicated Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) facility. Our Drone manufacturing ‘Center of Excellence is located within Deakin University, Waurn Ponds campus in Victoria.

Quickstep Aftermarket Services


Tim Gent is the Executive General Manager of Quickstep Aftermarket Services (QAS). QAS is located at Tullamarine Airport in Melbourne, providing integrated engineering and maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) to service the defence and commercial aerospace markets, both in Australia and internationally.
