Sarah leads the HR, safety and learning functions and is passionate about creating a positive and inclusive culture at Quickstep.
She joined the business in 2019 as the HR Business Partner and was appointed to the Executive role in 2021, demonstration of promotion of talent from within our business.
Sarah has 15 years’ experience as a HR professional having commenced her career in payroll whilst studying her Bachelor of Business (HRM and IR) at the University of Western Sydney.
Following completion of her degree she spent more than 10 years with Forestry Corporation of NSW where she held various HR positions and lead major strategic projects focusing on organisational design, industrial relations, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, engagement, change management and continuous improvement. Sarah has strong technical HR & IR experience and is committed to building a highly motivated, competent and capable workforce for the future.
Bonus Skills: Sarah is a mum of 2 crazy boys in a challenging and rewarding role, she juggles life and work and prides herself on her ability to manage her time effectively.
