Sky's the limit for aerospace firm Quickstep Holdings - The Australian - Brendan Nicholson - 14 May 2014

Quickstep Holdings has a contract worth about $140 million to produce 700 sets of carbon fibre composite parts for the multi-role, stealthy fighter-bomber’s vertical tail fins.

Quickstep managing director Philippe Odouard told The Australian that, when the company moved from Perth to Bankstown 15 months ago, it employed only about 30 people.

Now it has 120 but that will rise quickly to 150.

“It’s growing very fast,’’ Mr Odouard said.

“There are not many manufacturing businesses with that rate of growth at the present time,” he said.
