Demi joined Quickstep in May 2022 serving as the group COO and was appointed as the Group’s interim CEO on 4 October 2024.

Martyn joined Quickstep in November 2024 as Interim CFO, bringing a wealth of experience across key organizational functions. Martyn’s diverse expertise positions him as a strategic leader, adept at driving operational excellence and delivering impactful results across complex business environments.

Joining the business in 2019, Sarah leads the HR, payroll, safety and learning functions and is passionate about creating a positive and inclusive culture at Quickstep.

Josh joined Quickstep as of January 2022, leading the Aerostructures business unit that makes up a large percentage of Quickstep's current revenue and brings a record of operational excellence and strategic business development to the team. He has recently redirected all his focus to New Programs across our lines of business.
