Alan Tilley
Chief Financial Officer

 Alan Tilley   

Alan Tilley is a seasoned senior executive and finance professional with over 30 years’ experience across a broad range of sectors and geographies. Alan joined Quickstep as Chief Financial Officer in June 2018 and prior to that was Interim CFO at Murray Goulburn for 12 months. Previous to Murray Goulburn, Alan was Group CFO with NRMA Motoring and Services with a broad range of responsibilities including Thrifty Car Rental, Finance, Treasury, ICT, and Procurement. Before joining NRMA Motoring and Services Alan held senior Finance roles with Brambles (based in Brussels, Belgium), and Transfield. Alan started his career with Price Waterhouse including a 3 year secondment to their Paris office. Alan was instrumental in implementing an innovative funding solution for Thrifty Car Rental and is passionate about driving improved business performance. Alan has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from UNSW, is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Graduate of the AICD.


Jacque Courtney-Pitman
Executive General Manager, Human Resources

Jacque Courtney-Pitman joined Quickstep Holdings in March 2016 having previously held the role of General Manager, Corporate Services for Devine Limited.  Prior to this she held senior human resources positions with large companies from diverse industries including Jones Lang LaSalle, Veolia Water, Coca Cola, Berri and Wyndham Vacation Resorts.  Jacque brings over 20 years’ experience in strategic and operational human resources and business support functions and is passionate about developing and driving HR strategies across all levels of the business, to a achieve strong, performance driven and inclusive culture.  Jacque holds a Masters of Business Administration, Bachelor of Business majoring in Human Resources, and other post graduate studies in Career Counselling, WH&S, and Training which are complemented by other executive leadership programs from ASGM and AICD.


David Doral
Chief Technical Officer and Head of Engineering

 David Doral

David has been actively involved in the aerospace industry since the mid-1990s when he graduated from Universidad Politecnica de Madrid, with a BEng and MEng in aerospace engineering. He started his career with Aernnova´s composites division in Spain, and spent several years working as a senior aerostructures engineer between Boeing (Seattle and Sydney) and Airbus (Madrid and Ankara). During this time, he participated in the development of the most relevant aircraft programs launched at the time, including the Airbus A380, Boeing 777-300ER, Airbus A400M and Embraer E170.

Following his MBA program graduation at INSEAD he migrated with this wife to Australia. After several years down under, managing R&D programs to automate industrial processes, David returned to Europe and to the aerospace industry. Integrating AERTEC Solutions an AIRBUS´ Tier 1 supplier, he contributed to the expansion and internationalisation of the company as their senior manager in the manufacturing engineering division. David then joined MTorres in a plant manager capacity. During this period David ran MTorres’ facility in the South East of Spain, where he led development of composites automation technology for aircraft assembly lines, robotic cells and cutting edge composite manufacturing systems. More recently and just before joining Quickstep, David has been exploring opportunities around aviation electrification and how this potential revolution can alter the industry and generate new business opportunities.


Gary Robinson
Executive General Manager Operations

 Gary Robinson Head

Gary Robinson is an executive manager with extensive experience across Operations, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Product Development and M&A in medical devices, automotive and defence industries. Prior to joining Quickstep, he spent 17 years at ResMed in senior management roles with the most recent being responsible for the operation and integration of an acquired medical device business in Austin, Texas. Immediately prior to this, he was responsible for ResMed’s global supply base where he focused on the development of strategic partnerships to drive quality, value and innovation.

Gary is an Aeronautical Engineer and has a Masters of Business Administration from the AGSM. In addition, he has completed courses in Negotiation, Project Management, OH&S and Coaching.
