The National Composites Center (NCC), located in Dayton, Ohio, has entered into a landmark agreement, collaborating with Australian-based Quickstep Holdings for the establishment of a Quickstep Center of Excellence in Dayton. The two organizations signed a Letter of Intent for a wide-ranging collaboration, including the acquisition by NCC of a QS20 composites production machine, and the commitment of Quickstep resources for the Center of Excellence.
