First prototype aerospace part completed at Fremantle manufacturing facility.
Structural testing has been completed, and an initial production batch of 5 units is
now underway.
Upgrade to Fremantle manufacturing facility continuing in preparation for basic
aerospace manufacturing capability by July and full-scale capability by the end of
2008.
New senior staff members appointed, with significant aerospace manufacturing

Second annual Global Technology Exchange held in Fremantle in February,
attended by Quickstep employees and consultants from around the world.
Quickstep booth at JEC Composites Show in Paris, the world’s premier composites

• Quickstep has successfully manufactured and cured a piece of ‘thick laminate’ following numerous enquiries from aircraft OEM’s and their Tier 1 suppliers.
• The ability to rapidly cure thick laminates represents a major competitive advantage for Quickstep, as existing technologies currently require extended curing times.
