Capacity:
The manufacturing plant has a large autoclave capacity for traditional curing of advanced composites, complemented by out-of-autoclave technologies and advanced machining, inspection and finishing capabilities. The facility has a manufacturing floorspace of 4,000m2 plus offices, with provision for expansion on-site to up to 17,000m2.

Catia V5 R17 with CPD Workbench for Composite Ply Development, interfacing with:
- Finite Element (FE) and Ansys CFX 11.0
- Computational Fluid Dynamic (CFD) software
- NC Ply cutting machine
- Laser Protection System (LPS)
- 5-Axis Machining

- Leica 840LTD laser tracker and T-Probe System
- Leica T-Scan laser surface scanner and point cloud data analysis
Layup and Curing:
- ISO 14644-1 standard class 7 clean room (20m x 20m)
- 2 off 8m x 3m diameter autoclaves
- 1 off 5.3m x 2.5m diameter autoclave
- All autoclaves are running with a nitrogen atmosphere up to temperature 230° C and pressures up to 7 bar

- Breton 5 Axis NC high accuracy machining centre (4.5m x 2.5m x 1.5m)
- Jig and tool manufacture
