
Dr Schlimbach was appointed to the position of Chief Executive Officer of Quickstep GmbH, effective 1 April 2007. His main objectives are to establish mutual contacts with European aerospace companies and widen Quickstep technology as an out of autoclave solution.
Dr Schlimbach has nine years' experience in advanced composite manufacturing technologies, including design and development of carbon fibre reinforced polymer (CFRP) structures as an alternative to steel and aluminum. He is a expert scientist with number of publications, skilled manager and young entrepreneur. He has provided consultancy services to a number of aerospace companies, including Eurocopter, the world's largest helicopter supplier.
Dr Schlimbach holds a PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and Economics from University of Kaiserslautern in Germany.

Dr Ogale has 8 years‘ extensive, multidisciplinary knowledge in the field of textile technology, dry textile preforming, resin transfer molding, various curing technologies and polymer composites.
He is an accomplished scientist with more than 25 publications, engineer, engineering manager, technology managing executive focusing on fibre reinforced composite technology.
Dr Ogale holds a PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Kaiserslautern in Germany and a Master degree in Textile Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi in India.

Based at our North American showcase site at the National Composite Center, Ben will manage the day-to-day operations of the Quickstep facility, including specifi c OEM and Tier One projects. Ben was recruited from Applied Materials Inc, and has over 12 years' experience in the processing of high technology materials at sites in the US and asia
