Kevin Boyle
Executive General Manager, Operations

Kevin Boyle is a highly experienced manufacturing professional with a diverse background across many commodities who joined Quickstep Holdings in March 2016 as the Chief Operating Officer. He has 25 years of manufacturing industry experience which has seen him hold Senior General Management positions responsible for operations, engineering, product/process development, commercial management, logistical and materials management in Australia and the Asia pacific region.  He played a key role in regional development across China and Korea for a large multinational Automotive company (Cooper Standard) developing multi-site capabilities, continuous improvement, restructuring and new product launch management.  More recently Kevin was the Director of Manufacturing Advisory for McGrathNicol gaining valuable insight and experience across a number of different industries in Australia and the professional service sector. 

Kevin holds a great passion for manufacturing excellence and driving continuous improvement throughout organisations encompassing people, processes and business practices.  He has a keen understanding of how all the elements of a manufacturing business interact and is experienced in seeing clearly what the network within a business requires to ensure growth and success through to then implementing change to achieve desired results.

Andrew Crane
Chief Financial Officer

Andrew Crane is a commercial and strategic finance professional with strong business acumen and over 20 years experience in manufacturing organisations.  Recently, he held a number of senior finance and divisional roles at SCA Hygiene Australasia (now Asaleo Care) over 9 years before being CFO for 6 years.  Andrew was then Commercial Manager and GM of Finance & Commercial at GWA.

Additionally, he has worked in a number of industries and business sectors and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge of best practice to Quickstep.  Andrew has a passion for continuous improvement, understands the whole value chain and influences, challenges and leads across business functions to deliver required results.  CPA-qualified with majors in accounting and business law, he also has strong exposure to controls, governance and risk management of multi-national and listed businesses in Asia Pacific.

Jacque Courtney-Pitman
Chief Human Resources Officer

Jacque Courtney-Pitman joined Quickstep Holdings in March 2016 having previously held the role of General Manager, Corporate Services for Devine Limited.  Prior to this she held senior human resources positions with large companies from diverse industries including Jones Lang LaSalle, Veolia Water, Coca Cola, Berri and Wyndham Vacation Resorts.  Jacque brings over 20 years’ experience in strategic and operational human resources and business support functions and is passionate about developing and driving HR strategies across all levels of the business, to a achieve strong, performance driven and inclusive culture.  Jacque holds a Masters in Business Administration, Bachelor of Business majoring in Human Resources, and other post graduate studies in Career Counselling, WH&S, and Training which are complemented by other executive leadership programs from ASGM and AICD.

Ross Mahon
Chief Business Development and Technical Officer

Ross Mahon is a highly experienced manufacturing and engineering professional with over 30 years of experience in the global automotive industry, joining Quickstep Holding in January 2017.  Prior to joining Quickstep, Ross was based in China for the past 6 years, with the most recent role as Futuris COO Asia Pacific, with revenues in excess of $300 million and 3,000 direct reports.  Since starting his career with Ford, Ross has worked in diverse roles including manufacturing, purchasing engineering, business development and general management with companies including Venture Industries, Plexicor and Futuris.  He has played a key role in the conquest and winning of new customer contracts in USA, China, Thailand and Australia including the introduction and commercialisation of new technology.  Ross has had significant experience in M&A, strategic partnerships, technology agreements and establishing and operating Joint Ventures.  The experience in Asia has also included the establishment and operation of several greenfield sites.  Ross has completed a number of post graduate studies including a Masters of Business Administration from RMIT.
